Types of Police Information Checks

This is the Local Police Record Check website

Use ONLY if applying for a Record Suspension/Pardon
This is the Local Police Record Check (LPRC) website. This is where applicants applying for a Record Suspension (Pardon) complete their application.

This information and process is relevant only to persons who are currently in the process of applying to the Parole Board of Canada for a Record Suspension (Pardon) and have resided in Calgary in the past five years.

When applying to the Parole Board of Canada (PBC) for a Record Suspension (Pardon), a person is required to obtain a specialized record check (Local Police Record Check) from every police service in whose jurisdiction they have resided in the past five (5) years. This must be done using the official 'Local Police Records Check Form' from the PBC (See Record Suspension Application Guide (Step 4)).

You do not send us the hardcopy form itself. Fill out our online application and the system will take your information and generate an electronic duplicate of this form with your details inserted in the appropriate fields. If there are no concerns or follow-up required, your completed record check documents will be returned to you by mail. After we process the check, we return the completed hard copy form to you for you to sign and include with the other paperwork you will be sending to the PBC as part of your submission. The PBC have reviewed this process and confirm that it meets their requirements.

If you wish to proceed, please click the "Register For An Account" button to create an account and submit your information, payment, and identity verification process.
