This website is where applicants applying for a Record Suspension (Pardon) complete the application process. For comprehensive details and application instructions, please refer to this link:

Applicants do not send us the hardcopy form itself. Applicants complete our online application, then the system will generate an electronic duplicate of this form with applicant details inserted in the appropriate fields.
If there are no concerns or follow-up required, the completed hard copy form is returned to the applicant by mail for them to sign, and include with their package being sent to the Parole Board of Canada (PBC). The PBC have reviewed this process and confirm that it meets their requirements.
We do not accept mailed applications submitted by third parties. Applicants must complete and submit their own applications.
