    Most of the information collected about you for web services is very basic information that we need to securely communicate with you on our web portal. We also require accurate information to authenticate you as per the CPIC Policy on the Dissemination of Criminal Record Information.


  4. When do we need to authenticate who you are with a consumer credit reporting agency?
    Our goal is to provide police services with a web portal that provides the latest in technology and data solutions. To accomplish this we authenticate users leveraging solutions provided by licenced consumer credit reporting agencies.


  5. How do we obtain your consent to use your personal information?
    We obtain your consent in different ways depending on the circumstances and the sensitivity of the information. Consent is obtained via the web page prior to proceeding.


  6. What information do we need from you?

    In order to provide you with products or services, administer your account and provide you with exceptional customer service, there is certain personal information that our Police team need from you.

    We require your name, address, telephone number and email.


  7. What are "cookies"?
    Cookies are small text files that contain a unique identifier which is placed on your computer. When you visit a website, the website saves the file with a matching identifier.
