You may contact us by telephone, but you can also leave us an email. We will respond to all communications within a reasonable time.

Email messages are securely routed directly to the Stratford Police Service, and are reviewed and answered by police personnel.

Questions regarding the status of your police check, including whether or not it has been completed, can be obtained by logging into your account and checking the status bar for any special messages or updates.
